After this one day programme, you will have the expertise and skillset to host specialised mezcal tastings, along with further comprehensive knowledge about mezcal.

Over the last two years, many volunteers who have joined our project and fallen in love with Mezcal and our culture. For that reason, we decided to create The Mezcal Ambassador Program.
This one day immersive, educational initiative was designed for spirit enthusiasts who are seeking further education and knowledge about the world of mezcal.
Over the course of the program, participants will explore beyond the basics. From delving into the rich history of mezcal, exploring diverse production methods, regional variations and the cultural significance of mezcal, this course will give participants a well rounded overview of mezcal.
Through expert-led tastings, field trips to distilleries and hands-on workshops, participants will gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to become true ambassadors of this artisanal spirit. By the end of the programme, each participant will receive a handbook, learn how to present tastings along with a deeper understanding about mezcal.
Whether you’re pursuing a career in the beverage industry or simply have a passion for mezcal, this program equips individuals with the expertise and confidence to share their appreciation and insights with others.
